CEO Paul Corcoran has also been named in the prestigious Northern PoWEr Women Awards Advocacy List.

A host of nominations!

We are delighted to share that our founder and CEO, Paul Corcoran, has been shortlisted for the Company Leader prize at the North West Leadership Awards.

As awards season begins, the event celebrates trailblazers driving innovation, influencing change in their community and shaping the future of the North West.

Paul is nominated alongside a trio of our long-standing and inspirational clients. Principal and Chief Executive of The City of Liverpool College, Elaine Bowker, is shortlisted for Education Leader, while Emma Carey, Managing Partner of MSB Solicitors, has been nominated as Diversity & Inclusion Leader. Emma Degg, CEO of NWBLT, is up for the Transformational Leader gong.

In the Company Leader category, Paul is shortlisted for his commitment to people and planet while leading our award-winning agency that was named as a Sunday Times Best Place To Work and achieved B Corp accreditation during the previous 12 months. Furthermore, Agent Academy, the not-for-profit sister enterprise that Paul founded in 2014, has generated over £35million worth of salaries across the UK since 2014, while our annual All You Read Is Love campaign has provided more than 7,000 brand-new books to young readers across the North West.

Paul has also been named in the prestigious Northern PoWEr Women Awards Advocacy List 2026. The Advocacy List recognises male allies who are leaders and influencers committed to advancing gender equality, equity and inclusivity. These individuals actively advocate for gender equality and use their power to create a more equal society.

Agent Founder and CEO, Paul Corcoran, said:

“I am proud to represent Agent and Agent Academy alongside so many brilliant North West leaders and trailblazers. I am determined, alongside our wonderful team, to continue making a difference in our industry, as well as to the people and communities we cherish.”

The winners of the North West Leadership Awards will be announced in Manchester on March 5.
