Why did we partner with Microlise?
Microlise is at the forefront of the logistics industry with over 400 enterprise clients - including most major UK supermarkets - and offices in Australia, India and France.
In a competitive market, Microlise wanted to raise their profile and become a leading voice in the UK logistics sector.

What did we want to achieve?
We knew our experienced Communications & Campaigns team had the ideal contacts, sector knowledge and proactivity to elevate the Microlise brand to new levels of visibility and authority.
To achieve this, we set out to:
- Land consistent news and commentary coverage in key titles
- Secure high-quality PR coverage in gold-tier trade publications
- Improve brand fame utilising awards, events & newsjacking
- Influence vital policy, working closely with UK associations
- Elevate the promotion of key industry-recognised Microlise events

How did we do this?
We wanted to establish Microlise as an important voice in the logistics industry, moving away from an existing ‘telematics’ reputation, to support their growth both within the transport sector and wider markets.
Our PR and Communications department integrated seamlessly into an established and successful Microlise marketing team, working together to achieve industry-leading results on campaigns including:
- Microlise Transport Conference: A flagship event bringing together fleet operators, technology leaders and policymakers, our press coverage secured a readership reach of over 800,000.
- Microlise Driver of the Year Awards: The leading industry driver recognition awards event, we achieved large-scale positive coverage and created strategic relationships with media.
- Amplifying news and expertise: 90+ gold tier pieces of coverage published for strategic leadership appointments, new client partnerships and thought leadership opportunities.
- Awards: We wrote multiple stand-out nominations for leading industry awards in both the UK and Australia to amplify brand recognition.
- Standing at the Crossroads: We drafted and published a thought-leadership report exploring the key challenges and opportunities facing the logistics sector, achieving wide-ranging media coverage.
How did we help Microlise protect its reputation?
As part of our always-on press and communications office, we remain prepared for the unexpected.
In October 2024, Microlise suffered a cyber incident that disrupted parts of their service. The incident generated global media headlines, and it was important to keep stakeholders informed and reassured.
We were the central co-ordination point between Microlise leadership and their communications team, ensuring messaging remained clear and aligned. We drafted weekly statements, ensuring Microlise had accurate media-ready responses, and closely monitored coverage and social sentiment to identify issues before escalation, advising on potential reputational risks.
We understood that communication was key and balanced transparency with our commitment to security. This approach helped ensure Microlise did not lose a single customer during this period.
