Agent named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026!
The first time was so nice, we had to do it twice!
We’ve done it (again)!
We are exceptionally proud to announce that we have been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list for the second consecutive year!
The award is based on in-depth team feedback surveys developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts and business leaders to accurately monitor engagement, wellbeing and effort in the workplace.
Let’s get to our scores!
Big numbers.
Overall, our average job satisfaction is 87% - a healthy 7% higher than the global average!
Our highest scores included working hours (93%), safety in the working environment (92%) and being treated with respect (90%).
These scores reflect the campaigns we work on, the clients we partner with and, most importantly, the happiness of our immensely talented team members.
Compared to global averages, other highlights include confidence in management (86% vs 39% average), reward and recognition (88% vs 75%), wellbeing (87% vs 77%) and information sharing (85% vs 78%).
A wonderful year.
Our repeated inclusion in Best Places to Work is further reason to celebrate!
As well as delivering more powerfully good work, we were awarded B Corp certification for the first time, hosted our inaugural Good Growth Summit for 160+ business leaders and gifted an accumulative £75,000 of brand-new books to young people at Christmas through our cherished All You Read is Love campaign.
On top of this, our sister enterprise Agent Academy continues to thrive, helping untapped talent break into digital, creative and marketing careers, with £35million of UK salaries created by our graduates since 2014.
Oh, all while celebrating our 20th birthday as an agency! But watch this space – there’s a lot more to come.
Agent Founder & CEO Paul Corcoran said:
“We are over the moon to be named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the second successive year, and receiving this award during our 20th birthday celebrations is even more special.
“As ever, this recognition is special because it’s based on feedback from our talented people, who feel valued, supported and able to thrive. This culture is central to who we are. Thank you to every member of the team, past and present, for making Agent one of the best places to work in the UK.”
